The Minotaurs Chapter Round Spartan Shield with Blazons is designed to fit JoyToy 1:18th Scale Space Marine* Action Figures.

This circular shield works exceptionally well with the Minotaurs Chapter of JoyToy Space Marine* action figures. These custom shields are designed to fit 1/18th scale action figures from your favorite tabletop wargame.

Common shields that the Minotaur's use are also the Aspis and the Hoplon. The aspis was a round shield of bronze or wood covered with leather that they used when a Battle Brother was a mere initiate.

This resin replacement axe is not painted and has custom-designed, raised features, which make painting easy and ensure a consistent, uniform appearance for your JoyToy Space Marine* action figure (sold separately).

Assembly and Finishing

Parts are supplied unpainted and unprimed, typically in grey resin, although resin color may vary between production batches. Before painting, we recommend washing the parts with mild soap and water, then applying a suitable primer for the best finish.

For assembly, use cyanoacrylate (super glue) or another adhesive suitable for resin models.

Hobby Note

Due to the resin manufacturing process, minor layer lines or light support marks may occasionally be present. These are normal and can be easily addressed with light sanding, primer, and paint.
