NOT all of our Items are printed in house. WE ARE A CUSTOM, PRINT-ON-DEMAND SERVICE.

Since we are US based and a lot of clients order from all over globe we have decided to partner with other print on demand services.

Depending on the item the moment your order is processed, it is automatically sent directly to our third party production partners where your items are produced just for you. 

The fact that a lot of our products are printed on-demand is a big part of why we're able to offer so much variety. This allows us to offer thousands of unique products without the tremendous cost of carrying inventory on all our items. 

This means however, that when your order is placed, it cannot be combine with other orders, changed, or canceled. We can offer reprints or refunds only if an error was made in producing your order or your item is damaged or defective when you receive it.

Once your items are printed they are send directly to you from the factory floor. This means it will come in a packages branded by my manufacturers, like Shapeways or FWG Resin™.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Apparel items (Stickers, Hats, etc.), Fine-Detail Plastic (Shapeways) and FWG Resin™ are produced, packaged and shipped from separate locations.  If your order includes a combination of these items or materials, your final shipping price will be the combined total of each shipment.

A combined shipping order will most likely result in one part of your order showing up before the other(s), even though it might appear to have the same tracking number. Everything should arrive within a few days of each other. 

If any item is damaged or defective when you receive it. Please take a photo of the products you received along with the packing slip to the email our help deck.

Our carriers only pick up orders on business days and it may take a couple of hours for the status to update online. If you order was shipped on Saturday, you will be able to see a status change on Monday evening the earliest.

Please remember that these delivery times are strictly estimates. They do not include the time it takes to produce your order, which will very depending on the size of your order and the demand on each vendor. Nor does it account for delays caused by an international pandemic, supply-line shortages, shipping embargoes or other unforeseen disasters or issues outside our control.
